These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of borisovhome.com (the “Site”) and any products or services offered through the Site.

The Site is operated by Borisov LLC, doing business as Borisov Home (“Borisov Home,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Site, placing an order, or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

1. Online Store Terms

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence to purchase products through the Site.

You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any applicable laws in connection with your use of the Site.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

2. Products and Product Information

Borisov Home offers home fragrance products, including waterless aroma diffusers, fragrance oils, accessories, and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, dimensions, specifications, and other information as accurately as possible. However, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, or product updates.

We may modify product specifications, packaging, accessories, scents, or availability without prior notice, provided such changes do not materially reduce the core functionality of the product purchased.

Product images are for illustrative purposes and may contain decorative objects or staging elements that are not included with the purchase.

3. Fragrance and Product Use

Our fragrance products are intended for normal household fragrance use only.

Customers are responsible for following all instructions, warnings, and safety information provided with the product.

Fragrance products may contain ingredients that can cause sensitivity or allergic reactions in some individuals. Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.

Keep fragrance oils and diffuser components away from children and pets unless specifically stated otherwise.

Do not ingest fragrance oils. Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit an order if we reasonably believe that:

• the order was placed fraudulently;
• payment cannot be verified;
• product information or pricing was incorrect;
• an order exceeds reasonable household quantities;
• the order violates these Terms or applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on the Site are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing is accurate. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

Promotional pricing, discount codes, and special offers may be subject to additional terms and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

6. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available during checkout.

Payment processing may be provided by Shopify Payments or other third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We do not directly store complete payment card information.

7. Shipping

We currently offer shipping within the United States in accordance with the shipping options displayed at checkout.

Where stated on the Site, standard U.S. shipping may be offered free of charge.

Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Borisov Home is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, customs authorities, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

8. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from the Site pass to you in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the applicable shipping carrier.

If your order is shown as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us promptly so we can assist with investigating the shipment.

9. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the requirements stated in our Returns Policy.

Products must generally be returned in the condition required by the applicable Returns Policy.

Certain items may not be eligible for return where permitted by law, including items that have been materially used, damaged, altered, or otherwise made unsuitable for resale.

Refunds, where approved, are generally issued to the original payment method.

10. Order Accuracy

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through the Site.

You agree to promptly update information such as your email address, billing information, and shipping information where necessary.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

• the Borisov Home name;
• logos;
• product photography;
• videos;
• graphics;
• text;
• product descriptions;
• website design;
• packaging;
• promotional materials;

is owned by or licensed to Borisov Home and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell, license, publish, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any Borisov Home intellectual property.

12. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial, comment, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to submit that content.

Where permitted by law, you grant Borisov Home a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content for purposes related to our business and marketing.

We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

We do not require customers to provide positive reviews.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Borisov Home and Borisov LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products.

Where permitted by law, our total liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Borisov LLC, Borisov Home, and their officers, members, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims arising from:
