How does Aura work?

Aura is a waterless cold-air fragrance diffuser. It atomizes fragrance directly from its reservoir without adding water or using heat. Use the touch controls or included remote to adjust the operating time and fragrance intensity.

Does Aura need water?

No. Aura is a waterless fragrance system, so there is no ultrasonic water tank to fill.

What’s included in the box?

The set includes the Aura diffuser, six 20 mL fragrances, remote control, charger and pouring tube.

Can I adjust the fragrance intensity?

Yes. Use the included remote and the diffuser controls to adjust operation to suit your room and routine. Start at a lower intensity and increase gradually.

Can I use it around children or pets?

Keep the diffuser and fragrance oils out of reach of children and pets and use the product in a ventilated space. Follow the fragrance compatibility and safety guidance supplied with the product. If you have a pet-specific concern, ask your veterinarian before use.

How do shipping and returns work?
